🛡️ Safe Play Commitment

l9777 Responsible Gaming – Play Smart, Stay Safe

l9777 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment for all players in Bangladesh. Our responsible gaming tools are designed to keep you in control at all times.

Gambling at l9777 is intended to be a form of leisure — an entertaining activity enjoyed alongside cricket, sports, and casino games. Like any leisure activity, it is most enjoyable when approached thoughtfully. l9777 believes that every player deserves a gaming experience that is fair, transparent, and free from harm, and we have built a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools to support that belief.

This page explains the responsible gaming tools available on l9777, how to use them, the warning signs of problem gambling, and how to get help if gambling is no longer a source of enjoyment for you. All players in Bangladesh are encouraged to read this page regardless of whether they are experiencing any difficulties, because responsible gaming habits are best built before problems arise — not after.

Age Restriction Policy – 21+ Only

Players must be 21 years of age or older

l9777 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. We take underage gambling seriously and use identity verification checks to protect minors from accessing the platform.

During registration, all players must confirm that they are 21 years of age or above. l9777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if there is any reason to suspect that an account belongs to a minor. Acceptable forms of identification include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Players found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately closed, and any deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method.

Parents and guardians in Bangladesh are encouraged to use device-level parental controls to prevent underage access to online gambling platforms. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has accessed l9777, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected] so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Responsible Gaming Tools Available on l9777

l9777 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, free of charge. These tools are accessible directly within your account settings. We encourage all players to explore and use these features proactively — you do not need to be experiencing a problem to benefit from them.

Deposit Limits

Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit into your l9777 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. If you choose to increase a limit, the change takes up to 24 hours to come into effect — this cooling-off period is intentional, giving you time to reconsider. Deposit limits help you manage your budget and prevent spending more than you intend.

Session Time Reminders

Set a notification to remind you after a chosen period of continuous play — for example, after 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours. When the reminder triggers, l9777 will display a notification asking whether you wish to continue playing. Session reminders help you stay aware of how long you have been playing, which is one of the most effective habits for maintaining a healthy relationship with gaming.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that you need a break from gambling, you can request a self-exclusion period through your account settings or by contacting l9777 support. Self-exclusion options range from a short break of 1 week to a permanent exclusion with no option to reactivate the account. During any self-exclusion period, your account will be restricted from placing bets, accessing games, or claiming bonuses.

Promotional Communications Opt-Out

If you are on a self-exclusion period or simply wish to reduce gambling-related prompts, you can opt out of all promotional emails, SMS notifications, and push notifications from l9777. This can be done through your account communication preferences or by contacting customer support. Opting out does not affect transactional notifications such as deposit confirmations and withdrawal updates.

Activity History and Spending Review

l9777 provides a full transaction and gaming history within your account dashboard. Reviewing your betting activity, deposit history, and net gaming spend is a healthy habit that keeps you informed about how much time and money you are allocating to gaming. We recommend reviewing your activity summary at least once a month to stay aware of your patterns.

Our Responsible Gaming Principles

Entertainment First

Gaming should be fun, not a financial strategy. l9777 is an entertainment platform, not an income source.

Play Within Your Means

Only wager money that you can comfortably afford to lose. Never borrow funds or use essential household money to gamble.

Stay Informed

Understand the games you play. Know the RTP, odds, and house edge before committing real money.

Take Regular Breaks

Short breaks during play sessions help you stay in control and make clearer decisions. Use session reminders to prompt yourself.

Protect Your Account

Never share your login credentials. Use deposit limits and self-exclusion tools to maintain personal boundaries.

Support Is Available

l9777 customer support is available 24/7 in Bangladesh Standard Time. Reach out any time you have a concern.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can affect anyone, regardless of background or income level. It often develops gradually — what starts as casual betting for entertainment can slowly become something more harmful. Being aware of the warning signs is the first step toward addressing them. If any of the following apply to you, we encourage you to use l9777's responsible gaming tools or to seek support:

  • Spending more money than you planned when you started a gaming session.
  • Chasing losses — continuing to play after a losing streak in an attempt to win back money.
  • Gambling with money set aside for essential expenses such as rent, food, bills, or school fees.
  • Lying to family members or friends about how much time or money you spend on gambling.
  • Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when you are not gambling or when you try to stop.
  • Borrowing money from family, friends, or financial institutions to fund gambling activity.
  • Gambling becoming a way to escape stress, anxiety, depression, or other personal difficulties rather than a form of leisure.
If you recognise any of these signs: Use l9777's self-exclusion tool or contact our support team immediately. Taking action early makes a genuine difference. You are not alone, and help is available through l9777's 24/7 customer support team.

Self-Exclusion – A Closer Look

Self-exclusion is the most powerful responsible gaming tool available on l9777. It is designed for players who recognise that they need to take a complete break from gambling — whether for a short period or permanently. Requesting a self-exclusion is a sign of strength, not weakness, and l9777 supports every player who takes this step.

Available self-exclusion periods on l9777: 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. Temporary exclusions can be reviewed at the end of the chosen period; permanent exclusions cannot be reversed. During any exclusion period, your account will be locked from all gaming activity, bonus claims, and deposits.

To request a self-exclusion, go to your l9777 account settings and select the Responsible Gaming section, or contact our customer support team directly at [email protected] or through the live chat feature. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly — typically within minutes during supported hours.

During a self-exclusion period, l9777 will also remove you from all marketing and promotional communications so that you do not receive any gambling-related prompts. We ask that players who have self-excluded respect the spirit of the exclusion by not attempting to open a new account under a different name or email address during the exclusion period. Any accounts identified as circumventing a self-exclusion will be permanently closed.

Practical Tips for Responsible Play

Whether you are a new player or a long-time member of l9777, the following practical habits will help you maintain a healthy, enjoyable approach to gaming throughout your time on the platform.

Set a Session Budget Before You Play

Decide the maximum amount in Taka you are comfortable spending before you start each session. Once your budget is spent, end the session. Never increase your session budget mid-session. Using l9777's deposit limit feature is the most reliable way to enforce this habit automatically.

Never Chase Losses

A losing session is a normal part of gambling — every game has a house edge. Attempting to recover losses by increasing your bets or continuing to play beyond your planned session is one of the most common paths toward problem gambling. Accept a loss as the cost of the entertainment and walk away.

Balance Gaming with Other Activities

Make sure gaming remains one of several leisure activities in your week — not the primary one. Spending time with family, watching BPL cricket, attending social events, or pursuing hobbies outside of gaming keeps your overall lifestyle balanced and reduces the risk of gambling becoming a compulsion.

Keep Gaming and Financial Planning Separate

Never factor gambling winnings into your household budget or financial plans. Winnings are not guaranteed income. Treat any winnings as a bonus and your gaming expenditure as a leisure cost — not as an investment. This mindset protects your financial wellbeing regardless of your gaming results.
